The following procedures will instruct you to install a 3.5” SBC, PCI-104 module, MIO

module and disk drive into the chassis.

2.1 Removing the Chassis Cover

To remove the chassis cover, please proceed as below.

1. Loosen two screws on the bottom of the top cover.

2. Loosen two screws on right and left side of the top cover.

3. Pull forwards the top cover and then lift it up. (see Figure 2.1)

Note! Use caution when installing or operating the components with the chas-

sis open. Be sure to turn off the power, unplug the power cord and

ground yourself by touching the metal chassis before you handle any

components inside the machine.
