For this particular case,the system integrator designed and installed the PPC-105T as an error-proof detection system to monitor,display
and record data in the assembly line.The Windows CE based PPC-105T allowsoperators to clearly view how each vehicle is assembled.
During the fastening stage,data is collected and sent to the PPC-PPC-105T via Ethernet.This data is then tracked in a database and
reported at the end of the line.This report quickly identifies and prevents any defects from leaving the factory until fixed.
